Unsure of what to do and in a position of the IRS or FTB has a levy on your accounts , this is the appointment type for you . Please bring with you any and all correspondence the IRS or FTB has sent you including any tax returns for the past 4 year if at all possible. If your tax returns are not available to you, we can download the IRS transcripts while your int the office for your appointment.
